1. Planning and organizing second interview with client and candidate.
2. Providing client profile, location and time details to candidate together with company expectations.
3. Forwarding of candidates profile and relevant experience through to company prior to interview.
4. Monitoring time changes and advising relevant parties.
5. Organising candidate assessment tests if required and provide results through to company.
6. Preparation of candidate for interview.

Interview Management

1. Immediate debriefing of interview outcome to client and candidate.
2. Arrange subsequent interviews and organise times (see 3.).
3. Present initial offers.
4. Provide counseling and advice to candidates if unsuccessful.

Offer Stage

1. Reconfirm position requirements. Reconfirm likely acceptance.
2. Establish other offers pending.
3. Confirm offer.
4. Confirm resignation.
5. Keeping both parties informed regularly.
